The African nation of Botswana held its third "Miss HIV Stigma Free" competition and crowned Cynthia Leshomo, 32, as the winner.She will now spend the next year travelling across Africa to fight fear and prejudice against HIV/AIDS.
Botswana has one of the highest infection rates in the world but it is also the first country in Africa to provide free anti-retroviral drugs.
